Mr. Supratik Sen

M.Phil from Montpellier, France | 30+ Years Global Experience

Mr. Supratik Sen, the visionary founder of SCLL (Sen Centre for Language Learninge), brings with him over 30 years of global experience in operations management, team leadership, and soft skills training across Europe, the Americas, Africa, and the APAC region.

With an academic background that includes an M.Phil in Montpellier, France, and multilingual fluency in English, French, Bengali, and Hindi, he exemplifies the international spirit of SCLL. Known as 'Super Tech' among American clients, Supratik's strength lies in his people-centric leadership, strategic communication, and hands-on experience in cross-cultural training.

His passion for professional development and linguistic mastery inspired the foundation of SCLL, which focuses on honing business, language, and soft skills for individuals across industries and aspirations.

Mr. Sanjay Dasgupta

IIT Kharagpur Graduate | MS Software Systems BITS Pilani

An independent consultant with proven expertise in Data Science and AI, the Internet of Things, business rules and processes, and complex domains such as telecoms, data networks, energy, and logistics.

With a unique ability to connect insights across disciplines, he delivers innovative and practical solutions to business and technology challenges. A registered Patent Agent, he provides specialized services in patent searches (FTO, patentability, and validity), analytics, and landscape studies.

An active contributor to open-source projects including Ludwig-AI and Apache Zeppelin, and develops many of the tools he uses in his work. Having worked and traveled extensively across the USA, Europe, China, and Southeast Asia, he brings strong international experience and a deep appreciation for multicultural collaboration.

Specializes in Windows Server, Networking, SCCM, VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, and multi-cloud platforms. Delivered training for top corporates including LTIMindtree, Cognizant, Accenture, and HCL. Skilled in automation tools, Linux administration, and AI/ML services. Passionate about empowering professionals with practical, hands-on learning to drive technology adoption and operational excellence.

Lead Engineer (HCLTech) heading Audio Acoustics for Microsoft

Dr. J. Gorain

Jhalu Gorain is a Mechanical Engineer and Gold Medalist from Punjab Technical University. He holds an MS + PhD in Acoustics from IIT Madras and was awarded the “Brilliant Engineers Award” by the Punjab CM. With expertise in vibro-acoustics and FEA simulation, he is currently a Lead Engineer at HCLTech heading Microsoft’s Audio Acoustics team, while also teaching Physics at Quest Academy, Chennai.

Cyber Security Analyst & Full Stack Developer

Sakil Ahamed Gayen

Sakil Ahamed Gayen is a Cyber Security Analyst and Full-Stack Developer with a BSc(H) in Cyber Security from Brainware University. He holds global certifications including eJPT, eWPT, CC (isc2) and THM PT1, and has experience in penetration testing and web application security. With industry experience across cybersecurity and full-stack development, he is currently working at IT giant, delivering secure, efficient, and future-ready digital solutions.

Sandip Chaudhury, who holds a BTech in Electrical Engineering and an MBA, brings over a decade of experience in banking and finance. His leadership is focused on strategic growth and innovation, and he is deeply committed to mentoring teams for success. Sandip has a strong interest in geopolitics, emerging technologies, and global affairs, and he values ethics, adaptability, and collaboration in all his endeavors.

Meheli Malakar

After spending two decades in the communication industry, Meheli turned entrepreneur with Bibhusha which was her true calling. With a keen eye for aesthetics, Meheli had a passion for interior designing since early childhood. Common objects can be given exotic twist by placing intricately patterned fabrics. Designing her own house gave way to the conception of Bibhusha in 2025. The main objective of Bibhusha is to offer exotic Indian art easily available to urban Indians.
Besides the online store, Meheli also offers consultation on curation of interior space at affordable range. She unwinds with soulful music as music is therapeutic. From Indian classical music to contemporary Western music, her taste in music is eclectic. She also takes keen interest in planting greenery around her which takes the soul closer to nature.

At SCLL, Meheli is spearheading the branding of the Institute, along with branding collaborations. With keen insight of the contemporary algorithm of the marketing industry, she aims to push SCLL as the pioneer in skill training institute.
